Among all thefour categories, exercising alone takes the lead, with 54.3%. Then, exercisingwith friends comes as the runner-up, which occupies 47,7%. It is followedbyexercising with families, and it accounts for 23.9%. Exercising in groupsranks the last, taking up only 15.8%.
The phenomenon might be caused by the following reasons. To begin with,with the high-speed development of modern society,
competition andchallengespermeate all walks of life, imposing high pressure on everyone.In order torelieve the heavy stress from daily work and study, an increasing number ofpeople choose to take some exercise during their spare time.
